What does a 5-year YoY salary projection assume?
The 5-year projection chart assumes that you receive a compounding annual increment at the constant hike rate specified in the inputs. In reality, salary increments fluctuate based on performance, economic cycles, and career changes.
Does my variable pay count toward a salary hike?
